Brigid Archibald is the Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) and up until May 2020, was the ANZ Country Manager for Qualtrics.  

As head of the Qualtrics APJ business, Brigid is focussed on driving customer and partner success, business growth, and leading the creation of the Experience Management category.

Brigid is a proven business leader having held leadership positions in Sales and Marketing functions throughout her 25 year career. With a track record of accelerating sales performance across multiple industries, she is passionate about the impact of differentiated customer, employee, product and brand experiences.  

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Brigid has served as a non-executive Board Member and Member of the Risk and Audit Committees within the finance industry.
